I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, especially the manager who went above and beyond to accommodate my needs. The room was spacious and comfortable, with all the amenities I could ask for. I particularly loved the sitting area and the in-room safe. The breakfast spread was impressive, offering a wide variety of options to satisfy every palate. Additionally, the hotel's location was convenient, with easy access to the metro and bus stop. This made it incredibly convenient for exploring the city and getting around.

Spacious family suite, large beds, clean bedding, nice bathroom. Good price compared to other 4 star hotels in Europe. Polite and helpful staff, close to metro station. Excellent shopping malls nearby. Clean and comfortable, helpful staff, metro access to all places. Accessible from Kadikoey in 20 mins, 5 mins from metro station. Fairly clean room, okay bathroom.

The staff was friendly and helpful, especially the receptionist who spoke English. The hotel facilities were well-maintained, with a clean and pleasant appearance. The rooms and bathrooms were clean and came with toiletries and towels. The wifi was good with reasonable internet speed. The hotel also had free parking, convenient. The location was excellent, as it was only a 5-minute walk to the metro station.

We found the location of the hotel to be very convenient as it is very close to the metro station. This allowed us easy access to various tourist attractions around the city. the rooms were spacious and clean, providing a refreshing and comfortable stay. The staff was extremely helpful and attentive, making our experience even more enjoyable. The breakfast offered a good variety of options and the wifi worked well throughout our stay.
The receptionists lacked knowledge about the area and were not very welcoming, which was a minor drawback.
